An Important Update on Our Delivery Charges

At PROGRAFIK, we've always worked hard to keep our pricing straightforward and our service as accessible as possible for our customers. 

Like businesses everywhere right now, we've been hit hard by the surging cost of freight. Fuel prices have climbed dramatically due to the conflict in the Middle East, and freight carriers have responded with significant surcharges across the board. These we have simply absorbed up to a point, but have now become impossible to fully offset. This isn't unique to us: if you've ordered anything shipped lately, you've probably already felt it. It's affecting every corner of the supply chain, from raw materials to the last mile of delivery.

After holding off as long as we could, we've had to make two changes to our delivery policy.

Free metro delivery threshold: Our free delivery threshold for orders shipped via freight has moved from $399 to $799. Freight surcharges have made smaller deliveries genuinely costly to absorb, and continuing to do so would affect our ability to keep our product pricing competitive, which matters more to you in the long run.

Updated freight charges: You may see a small increase in overall freight charges, in line with new fuel surchages added by freight companies. We've attempted to keep these as low as possible. 

We genuinely wish we didn't have to make these changes. But the forces driving these costs — global fuel markets, freight industry pressures, supply chain disruption — are well outside anyone's control at a local level.

What we can control is being upfront with you about it, keeping the changes as fair as possible, and continuing to deliver the quality and service you've come to expect from us.
